The Scrap Project

For someone who doesn't do well at keeping plants alive, I am utterly thrilled and extremely proud of what you see here: Celery, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and carrot all grown from scraps that I was going to throw away. I look forward to seeing their progress every morning, as they are growing pretty quickly. I am also way too entertained by how the tomato plant turns itself towards the sunshine.
