Merging

He speaks to her 

Words that she has never heard before 

In tones 

That brush against her skin like fire.

She is powerless to the reflections 

Dancing off the ocean floor 

As his touch sends her to places 

That she will never again experience. 

The gentle breeze 

Carrying them away to a foreign land 

In search of treasure 

Not yet discovered. 

Their bodies merging into one 

With incredible ease 

As the world around them 

Completely disappears.-
