Arrogancy is never a pleasant look. 

Reminiscent are the days 

When the view originated 

From a more genuine place.

No subtly to your charm 

Lacking the wisdom to achieve 

What so selfishly you leave in your wake.

My attempts unnoticed,

Unappreciated at most,

Igniting a fire that was never meant to burn.

Blind to their opinions 

And the image you create,

Touching no more than curiosity,

Their interests merely a manifestation 

Of a lonely man 

Who desires the one thing 

That his heart can no longer reach.-
